The vineyards of Anjou and Saumur extend along the Layon, Aubance and Loire. Composed of schist and tuffeau, the richness and diversity of the soils give Anjou 27 appellations, constituting the largest vineyard in the Loire Valley. Chenin, an emblematic grape variety of the Loire, gives rise to many second white wines when it is made at the start of the harvest. Harvested at the end of the harvest, Chenin also makes it possible to produce sweet, even sweet wines, such as Coteaux du Layon, Coteaux de l’Aubance, Le Chaume and Quart de Chaume.

Coteaux du layon
Les Coteaux-du-Layon, star of sweet wines from the Loire Valley, is a sweet wine from Chenin, offering a beautiful balance between deliciousness and liveliness.
Coteaux du l'Aubance
Coteaux-de-l’Aubance is a sweet white wine with controlled designation of origin produced on the hillsides bordering Aubance.
The Aubance is a small river, which like the Layon, allows the formation of morning fogs and the development of noble rot in September and October.
